SHOP WATCH - Amba

We are very excited to share with you the news of a fashion show this month. Presented by Amba and The Laundry, it features fabulous designer collections in gorgeous new colours for Spring Summer 2013.

Karen (right) opened Amba in 2003 having moved to the small Cathedral City of Wells, from Hertfordshire. At the time, there was a gap for an independent with niche fashion brands. Ten years later Karen is still true to her philosophy, she buys only a small selection of each garment to keep the collection fresh and ever changing... you don't want to be seen in the same clothes as your neighbour.

Amba has a wonderful collection of day wear for the modern woman not afraid to experiment with clothing. Designer labels include Jonny Q Jeans, American Vintage, Crea Concept and Myrine. Sandwich is one of their key brands. Above, is a preview of the new Spring colours. P.S. We also spotted a fabulous deep coral from Crea Concept, already in stock.

A selection from Myrine is focused on the most fun and versatile way of wearing femininity, in light weight fabrics with soft detailing. Tones of pale grey to mid grey are mixed with white and lifted with subtle spots and stripes.

Amba also announce two exciting new brands! Hunkydory and Urban code.

Plan your Spring Summer wardrobe and preview Amba's new collections at the collaborative Charity Fashion Show with The laundry. Wine Tasting by Sante and supported by Sense of Wells.
